In as much as we desire and pledge to help our customers get satisfied in providing them with exactness of their orders, we understand as well that customers have the right to rescind on their orders even after delivery has been made. But in doing this the customer MUST strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Faulty/Damaged Items On Delivery: The customer will have the right to return items he discovers have already been damaged or carries some faulty characteristics on checking them as soon as he takes custody of the package without ANY COST to her;
  
  
• Wrong Items: The customer will equally have the right to return such items that are not what she has ordered as contained in her cart details/invoice of purchase on checking out from our site without ANY COST to her;
  
  
• Items Already Used: Savemore will not accept the return of items discovered to have already been used by the customer not minding the prevalence of any of the conditions above;
  
  
• Items In Possession Beyond One Day: Savemore reserves the right to disallow the return of items that had stayed beyond 24hrs with the customer after delivery has been made irrespective of the first two conditions stated above;
  
  
• Non-returnables: Savemore will NOT accept the return of edible items which are neither wrong orders nor decayed, expired, damaged or tampered items ONCE it has left either our merchant or central store.
